The annual Bloom Bash celebration at the San Diego Museum of Art, is kick off to the Art Alive weekend. The night features flowers, glowing sculptures, tastes from top local eateries, craft cocktails, live music and dancing, interactive art, and more than 100 floral interpretations of famous works from the permanent collection.
Hodde Bros provided hospitality and activation staff for Patrón, who sponsored the event. We served delicious brand-approved cocktails and managed multiple interactive experiences, including a make your own margarita bar, engraving/gifting station and Patrón spiked dessert station.
KidScoop Media's first ever fundraiser was a friendly event with live music, drinks, hors d'oeuvres, games and more. Guests mingled between the creation station, Italian soda station and Airstream mobile bar. Kids were even encourage to audition to be a "Scooper" and cover the 2020 election cycle. Parents caught a break at the Hodde Bros's bar with Moscow Mules sponsored by Tito's and craft beers sponsored by Firestone Walker.
The event was a huge success and raised over $10,000 in scholarships, sending deserving kids across the US to follow their journalistic dreams. Hodde Bros is proud to support and sponsor KidScoop Media and their efforts to give kids a voice in media.
The Big Fake Wedding gathered together some of the most talented vendors in the world to get you inspired for your beach elopement or micro wedding! Our team had the absolute treat of spending the week at Sonadora Resort in fall, 2019 to create this amazing shoot.
Soñadora Resort is a hidden gem for honeymooners or couples looking for a dream destination for their micro wedding. Nestled on the eastern shores of Baja California, Soñadora Resort is a serene and private paradise, perfect for romantic getaways or intimate gatherings. It made the most luxurious backdrop for The Big Fake Wedding’s first-ever international shoot.
Hodde Bros provided 3 custom tropical cocktails for the Havana themed bar. They included a Hibiscus Sour served tableside in a pour-over style, a variation of the Tiki classic, Chi Chi, with a dash of spirulina (to turn the drink teal), and a clarified milk punch with a Cuban rum base and bougainville ice sphere. Following the shoot, we hosted a cocktail class for the couple, guests and vendors.
We met Jesse & Kiran at Tales of the Cocktail, an annual conference for cocktail and spirits industry professionals in New Orleans. In fact, we shared a table at the Martini & Rossi popup bar, drinking the most perfect Negroni we've ever had, served out of a fountain shaped like a bull. Instantly we were friends, but we didn't link back up in LA until a year and a half later, when they finally got engaged.
This was one of the most vibrant and savagely hip weddings we've ever been a part of. The venue, Valentine in DTLA, was the perfect background for this amazing mix of color and style. The couple has an incredibly sophisticated personal brand and it showed in every choice they made. They really lead the charge in developing a bar menu that suited their unique and spirit-forward cocktail preference. Their final selection included a his, hers and ours specialty cocktail, as well as mixed drinks, beer & wine.

Since 2015 we've partnered with McCullough & Ross on their annual Prohibition NYE event held at the iconic Union Station. The night to brings back the excitement and glamour of the Roaring Twenties with experience theatrical burlesque, live jazz ensembles, multiple themed photo experiences, a hat/headband creation station and a 60 foot, midnight ball-drop celebration! The night also includes a premium open bar featuring champagne and specialty cocktails, light appetizers and late-night grilled cheese.
Hodde Bros fully staffs the event and provides over 50 team members to pull off a killer New Year's Eve. Bartenders, bar backs, check-in, coat check, activation staff, VIP hostesses, photo booth attendants and event managers.
The Art of Patrón came to life in Los Angeles at L.A. River Studios. It celebrated Patron's commitment to all things craft - mixology & cocktails, music & culture, culinary arts, and, of course, ultra-premium tequila. Attendees were invited to honor the iconic Patrón bottle by painting their own, pulling inspiration from previous bottle contest winners on display.
Handcrafted cocktails featuring Roca Patrón flowed throughout the night with the help of the 60 hands bartenders. Brand ambassadors assisted guests in selecting a custom spice rim, using a mortar and pestle to complete the personalized blend as a take home.
For the first time, Patrón unveiled its Oculus Virtual Reality Experience. Attendees got to witness to the tequila-making process from the point of view of a bee (Patrón’s logo). The engagement even included the scent of freshly baked agave, which was piped into the VR space for a truly sensorial experience.
Patrón inspired dresses were also on display, created with various Patrón packaging elements such as ribbons, corks, boxes and tags. This presentation brought a fun element of surprise that amplified the event on social media with #ArtofPatron.
Hodde Bros provided hospitality staffing, including bar and serving staff, as well as brand ambassadors. In addition to running multiple bars, we managed the moving art exhibit, bottle making, spice rim bar and virtual reality activation experiences.
Be Inspired PR kicked off their annual Tassels & Tastemakers event at the gorgeous Casita Hollywood venue! Delivering an “Out of this World” theme, they teamed up with a top-notch vendors (including the Hodde Bros & our Airstream mobile bar) to create a celestial space complete with tasty hors d’oeuvres and Instagrammable moments for all of their media & influencer guests!
Between the delicious cocktails that all of the guests raved about and the unique activations with awesome swag bags, what made the 2018 Tassels so special was the opportunity to give back. Guests had the option to donate a portion of their ticket sales to the Make-A-Wish Foundation and see their name displayed lovely donor wall. The event was feature on Lauren Conrad, The Venue Report and Inspired by This!
Hodde Bros was selected as the exclusive mobile bar for the event...an honor we have chased for years. We served a champagne cloud cocktail welcome drink for all guests, as well as 3 sponsored specialty cocktails out of the Airstream. It was the most popular activation of the night!

The Bourbon in Residence program was designed to empower & inspire influential LA bartenders, through experiences that deeply instill the brand story, and ultimately prompt Basil Hayden’s selection on-premise.
Event producer, GRADIENT, created a full brand takeover with trade immersion activities throughout a residential space, reinforcing the brand’s unique “hospitality lifestyle” positioning. From the invitations, to the the decor and spectacular staffing, every aspect of the experiences felt as though you were within a home. Guests enjoyed backyard games, specially curated cocktails, a branded photo experience and live music.
Hodde Bros provided staffing services for the event, including hospitality staff and brand ambassadors. All activations, including Basil Hayden's bottle making, premium select bourbon tasting, a southern-inspired portrait studio, BH Billiards and customized gifting were managed by our team.
