HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO BOOK?
We suggest reserving your date as soon as possible (especially in wedding season). But even if it’s next week, reach out! Plenty of 2019 dates are still available.
WHAT’S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Bookings require a non-refundable 30% deposit. Clients may cancel up to 30 days prior to the event with no additional penalty. Cancellations made 11 - 29 days out will be charged 75% of the remaining invoice. Cancellations within 10 days of the event will be charged in full. Final payment due 10 days before the event.
WILL THE AIRSTREAM FIT IN MY VENUE?
The Airstream Mobile Bar is ~28 feet long, 7 feet wide, and 9 feet tall (11 feet with the gullwing up). For help determining if it will fit in your event space, reach out and contact us.
WHO BUYS THE ALCOHOL? AND WHO DELIVERS IT?
You buy it, but we do all the work. Our tried-and-true formula will help predict how many drinks you'll need to serve, and how much beer, wine and alcohol you’ll want on hand. We’ll prepare an online shopping list for you to approve. Then all you do is enter your credit card info on a secure site, and we handle the rest (including delivery to your event venue).
WHAT ABOUT THE MIXERS?
We buy and coordinate delivery of all mixers, syrups, fruit, and glassware for your event. The cost is included in your quote.
DO YOUR PACKAGES INCLUDE ALCOHOL?
Yes, our packages are all-inclusive. Based on your input, we'll estimate how many drinks (and how much alcohol) you will need for your event. Unlike some other cocktail catering services, any leftover alcohol from the event will be yours to keep.
DO YOU HAVE A LIQUOR LICENSE?
Most weddings and ‘non-public’ events do not require a liquor license. As a mobile beverage unit, per California state law, we are not allowed to carry one. However, temporary licenses for specific events can be accessed. If you have questions or aren’t sure about your needs, please contact us for more information.

WAIT, HOW ARE YOU CONNECTED TO BUDWEISER?
The mother of Henry and Peter Hodde (pronounced "Hottie") was Helena Busch, niece of brewing pioneer and Budweiser co-founder Adolphus Busch. This makes him the (deep breath) great-great-great grand uncle of our Founder & CEO, Darci (Hodde) Kendall.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT THE AIRSTREAM?
The Airstream is modular and can be set up in multiple configurations, including as a bar, bar & lounge or bar & photo booth. Prices vary depending on event needs, dates and details. Reach out to us for more info.
CAN THE AIRSTREAM BE A PHOTO BOOTH AND A BAR?
Our entire 12-foot oak bar can be removed, or partially removed, allowing for one end of the Airstream to be used as a photo booth or lounge. To find out more about our lounge and photo booth setups, please feel free to reach out.
DOES IT COST EXTRA TO USE THE LED LIGHT-UP BAR?
No, the LED lighting features on all of our bars are offered free of charge with your booking. Our Airstream LED Bar offers a range of 20+ colors, custom setups and hundreds of lighting configurations.
CAN I PUT MY LOGO ON THE AIRSTREAM?
Yes! The Airstream Mobile Bar is fully brandable and can be customized in multiple ways. All three panels of the 12-foot LED bar can be branded individually or collectively. The 12-foot aluminum gullwing can be transformed into a sign/billboard for your event. You can even wrap the entire 28-foot Airstream in your logo or branding. Reach out for more details.
CAN MY GUESTS HANG OUT INSIDE THE AIRSTREAM?
It depends on the configuration you choose. In the bar/lounge setup, the Airstream can accommodate 10+ guests at once. Or in the bar/photo booth setup, 4-6. Certain setups also allow for access while the Airstream is configured as a full 12-foot bar.
CAN I RENT JUST THE AIRSTREAM?
In most scenarios involving bar service, we prefer to use our our staff who are trained on our equipment. However, a stand-alone rental may be possible. Please contact us for more details.
DO YOU DO EVENTS OUTSIDE THE LOS ANGELES AREA?
Yes, we’re built to travel! No distance is too far! Contact us for more information. (Events over 50 miles from downtown Los Angeles incur a travel charge.)
IS THE AIRSTREAM ONLY SET UP TO SERVE ALCOHOL?
We renovated our Airstream with your needs in mind, no matter what they are! All bar equipment is removable, so the space can be used for nearly any purpose.
